It is being trained to assist learners with content-related questions in this course. The term &#8216;Bot&#8217; is short for &#8216;robot&#8217; and refers to a computer program designed to simulate chat conversation.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Bot is powered by ChatGPT, a technology owned by the commercial company <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/\">OpenAI<\/a>. ChatGPT is a computer program that utilises generative AI, a branch of artificial intelligence. This technology generates text based on the input it receives and uses knowledge from training data to generate a response.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Commonwealth of Learning has subscribed to access ChatGPT through a customised web service that they have developed. The QA4ODFL2 Bot has been trained using the course materials for QA4ODFL2.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"How_do_you_access_the_QA4ODFL_Bot.3F\">How do you access the QA4ODFL Bot?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For your privacy protection, COL does not require you to log into the Bot. <b>Please refrain from sharing any personal information (such as your name, email address, or employer) when interacting with the chatbot<\/b>.\n<\/p>\n<p>Visit <b><a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"https:\/\/odflchat.npbridge.com\/\">https:\/\/odflchat.npbridge.com\/<\/a><\/b> and simply ask a question. You will get immediate answers.\n<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Limitations_of_the_QA4ODFL_Bot\">Limitations of the QA4ODFL Bot<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The QA4ODFL Bot is an early prototype that will require ongoing refinement. There are several known limitations:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Currently training data has been limited to the course materials, so the Bot cannot provide technical support for queries related to course technologies.\n<\/li>\n<li> The Bot might not accurately understand the context of your query in relation to the course, leading to potentially inaccurate responses.\n<\/li>\n<li> ChatGPT, as a language model, has inherent limitations that can affect the accuracy of its outputs.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Providing_feedback_on_the_QA4ODFL_Prototype_Bot\">Providing feedback on the QA4ODFL Prototype Bot<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The QA4ODFL Prototype Bot is intended to assist you with course-related queries.
