Wayne&#8217;s work over the last two decades has focused on open sourcing education. Wayne is the recipient of the 2019 International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) Individual Prize of Excellence in recognition of his work pioneering an OER-enabled transnational micro-credentialing system.
