Weaving is a technique used to recognise learners’ contributions to the discussion, to link key concepts discussed and to pose further questions if appropriate. Weaving technique is based on a single reply to several postings and creates opportunities for the instructor to guide the direction of the discussions, to summarise the main points or to pose further questions to delve deeper into a topic.\n<\/p>\n

To complete this challenge, follow the instructions below:\n<\/p>\n

  1. Review the Sample Discussion Forum Responses<\/a>.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Weave the responses of the participants into a summary of the discussion so far, and provide prompts to facilitate further collaborative discussion.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Compose your \u2018weave\u2019 on a Word document.\n<\/li>\n
  4. Upload a copy of your \u2018weave\u2019 on CS4ODFL Moodle platform.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
